description:
Invej private company department of Rubin
Researched the national and international drinks market, to develop new and existing drinks products:
  • Worked in a team to develop ideas for new products, such as energy drinks, and to improve the range of existing drinks, such as fruit and sugar-free cordials, concentrated juices and new flavours for herbal liquors
  • Liaised with representatives of international flavours and fragrances houses to develop the taste, smell and colour of products
  • Researched the chemical composition of drinks products, and the technology of production.
Explored the sales of related drink products in Serbia and Montenegro, to look for gaps in the drinks market.

Research work:

Coordinator of second theme of the project TR31003 -Development of biosorbents based on mineral raw materials and waste biomass (2011-2014):
  • collecting of aquatic weed biomass and it’s compost
  • Preparation of aquatic weed biomass and its compost: drying, grounding; physical and chemical characterization (heavy metals composition of samples and analysis of water and sediments from the lake).
  • Investigation of sorption of heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cd, Cr) from aqueous solutions by aquatic weed and its compost.
  • Investigation of adsorption kinetics and mechanisms, identification of functional groups and modification possibility of the sorbents surface to increases its sorption capacity
  • comparative studies of efficiency of biosorbent and alumosilicate minerals adsorbent
  • investigation of regeneration possibilites in flow systems
Implementation of the project TR20016 along with other contributors to the project from ITNMS (2008-2010):
  • Physical - chemical and chemical characterization of representative mineral and organic fertilizers that are in circulation in the domestic market.
  • Development and application of new materials and technologies (methods) for the remediation of degraded and contaminated soils
  • Development of mineral adsorbents modification active centers (exchangeable cations) on the surface or in the structure of minerals, without destruction of basic crystal structure, with organic and inorganic cations intended remediation of heavy metals in contaminated soil
